On 30 November 2009, the AER made its draft determination on the regulatory proposal submitted by ETSA Utilities. The determination covers the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 and sets the revenue that ETSA Utilities is able to recover for the provision of electricity distribution services.

Stakeholder forum - Pre-determination conference
The AER hosted pre-determination conference held in Adelaide on Wednesday 9 December 2009, provided an opportunity for the AER to outline its draft determination and to receive oral submissions, questions and comments from interested parties.

Interested parties were invited to provide written submissions on the AER’s draft determination and ETSA Utilities’ Revised Regulatory Proposal. Submissions closed on 16 February 2010.
