The EBSS released in June 2008 applies to:
- Energex, Ergon and SA Power Networks in the 2010–15 regulatory control period
- Aurora in the 2012–17 regulatory control period
- Citipower, Powercor, Jemena, SP AusNet and United Energy in the 2011–15 regulatory control period.
The EBSS (ACT and NSW) released in February 2008 applied to Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy and ActewAGL during the 2009–14 regulatory control period.
The EBSS released in November 2013 will apply to both distribution and transmission determinations in regulatory control periods commencing after November 2013.
