The AER has issued the final regulatory test version 3 and regulatory test application guidelines as required under the National Electricity Rules.
The AER’s final decision was made following a public consultation process conducted in accordance with the transmission consultation procedures in chapter 6A of the National Electricity Rules.
The AER has also issued regulatory test dispute resolution guidelines to assist parties in understanding the regulatory test dispute resolution rules and process.
