In May 2019 the Northern Territory Utilities Commission commences a review of jurisdictional ring-fencing arrangements.

Issues paper

The issues paper examined recent changes in the network regulation of Power and Water Corporation and market reforms in the Northern Territory power market. It sought stakeholder feedback on the performance of current ring-fencing arrangements. The AER made a submission to the issues paper on 28 June 2019.
