AEMC rule change on network service provider expenditure objectives

On 8 October 2012, the Standing Council on Energy and Resources (SCER) submitted a rule change request in relation to the opex and capex objectives in chapters 6 and 6A of the National Electricity Rules (NER).

Draft decision

On 15 August 2013 we provided a submission on the AEMC's draft rule determination.

Consultation paper

On 7 March 2013 we provided a submission on the AEMC’s rule change consultation paper. The submission supported the intent of the rule change, but suggested alternative rule drafting.
