On 27 July 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 16 December 2016, Stockland Highlands Retirement Village Pty Ltd was known as Highlands Retirement Village Pty Limited.
Change of registered business
On 29 July 2022, Stockland Highlands Retirement Village Pty Ltd’s legal name changed to Highlands Retirement Village No.1 Pty Ltd.
The Levande Pty Ltd / ABN 80 087 648 691 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Levande Pty Ltd takes effect from 29 July 2022.
