The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

On 16 September 2020 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the registrant’s eligibility for a deemed exemption class.
