On 11 October 2013 the AER approved the Applicant's exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER's Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
From 5 February 2021 registrations for this site were held by Land Lease SPV Oasis Pty Ltd atf Oasis Unit Trust / ABN 40 438 986 163.
