On 2 July 2012 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electrcity NSP Registration Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 21 June 2018, this exemption was registered by Retirement Village Managers as trustee for RV Managers Unit Trust trading as Seniors Integrated Energy / ABN 70 110 251 679.
