On 21 July 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 21 July 2015 Abbey Capital Real Estate Pty Limited (ABN 32 063 958 341) held registerable exemptions for this site until AMP Capital Investors Limited registered exemptions as the new owners.
From 25 February 2022, exemptions for this site were registered by Shayher Properties Pty Ltd as trustee for The Lin Brothers Trust / ABN 88 095 175 404.
