On 14 June 2005 APT Petroleum Pipeline Limited (APTPPL) requested that the ACCC approve an extension of time under section 7.19 of the Code for its lodgement of revisions to Roma (Wallumbilla) to Brisbane Pipeline 2006-2011 access arrangement proposal. APTPPL requested the extension until six months after the Federal Court releases its decision consequent to the ACCC’s appeal of the Australian Competition Tribunal’s determination regarding the Moomba to Sydney Pipeline Access arrangement.
An extension was subsequently granted and APTPPL submitted their Access arrangement proposal for consideration on 31 January 2006.
On the 20 December 2006 the ACCC released its final decision which did not approve the revisions to the access arrangement as proposed by APTPPL.
The further final decision pursuant to s. 2.41(b) of the code approved the amended revisions submitted by APTPPL on 28 February 2007.
