AusNet Services - Cost pass through - Easement land tax 2021–22

On 11 February 2021, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clauses 6A.7.3 and 11.6.21 of the NER for a positive pass through of easements land tax for the amount of $26,756,718 ($nominal, GST exclusive). The AER has determined that the proposed pass-through amount is appropriate and meets the rule requirements. We consider that all of this pass through amount should be recovered by AusNet Services' Transmission Network Users in 2021–22.
