On 10 June 2022 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Lendlease Real Estate Investments Limited (Lendlease) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Erina Fair, 620 Terrigal Drive, Erina Fair, NSW 2250.
