On 6 April 2022, Jemena submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Victorian distribution network for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 due to a delay in receiving transmission prices.
On 29 April 2022, Jemena submitted to the AER revised pricing proposal documents in response to AER queries to correct for errors. Jemena also submitted further documents on 13 May 2022, relating only to editorial corrections.
On 29 April 2022, the AER approved Jemena's pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's final decision on Jemena's 2021–26 regulatory determination.
