On 25 March 2022 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Community Corporation 22654 Inc (Community Corporation) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at 18 Moseley Street Glenelg, South Australia.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Community Corporation's application by 27 April 2022.
