On 31 January 2022 the AER received a revenue proposal from South Australian electricity transmission network ElectraNet, for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028. submitted its 2023–28 revenue proposal to the AER.
The AER published an issues paper and held a public forum to assist stakeholders in their consideration of the ElectraNet's proposal in March. Submissions on the proposal closed on 11 May 2022.
On 30 September 2022, the AER published its draft decision. The AER held an online forum on the draft decision on 19 October 2022.
ElectraNet responded to the draft decision in a revised proposal on 2 December 2022.
Interested stakeholders were invited to make submissions on both the AER's draft decision and ElectraNet's revised proposal by 20 January 2023.
On 28 April 2023 the AER published its final decision on the revenue ElectraNet can recover from its customers in the 2023–28 regulatory period.
