On 12 November 2021, the AER accepted a joint application from Tilt Renewables Australia Pty Ltd and Tilt Renewables Retail Pty Ltd to transfer Tilt Renewables Australia Pty Ltd's electricity retailer authorisation to Tilt Renewables Retail Pty Ltd under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Tilt Renewables Australia Pty Ltd and Tilt Renewables Retail Pty Ltd's joint application by Monday 13 December 2021. Submissions should be emailed to AERAuthorisations

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to transfer Tilt Renewables Australia Pty Ltd's electricity retailer authorisation to Tilt Renewables Retail Pty Ltd.
