On 15 April 2021, Jemena Gas Networks submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the NSW gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for Jemena Gas Netwoks' users for the period 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022.
On 30 April 2021, Jemena Gas Networks submitted to the AER a revised annual tariff variation notice to correct a typographical error.
On 13 May 2021, the AER approved Jemena Gas Networks' annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This was after assessing the tariff variation notice as compliant with Jemena Gas Networks' 2020-25 access arrangement.
