On 31 March 2021, Energex submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Energex's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 22 and 30 April 2021, Energex submitted to the AER revised annual pricing proposals in response to AER queries.
On 7 May 2021, the AER approved Energex's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on Energex - Determination 2020-25.
