In this edition, we highlight the draft Default Market Offer (DMO) for 2021-22. The draft prices will put downward pressure on standing offer prices in South Australia, South-East Queensland and New South Wales from 1 July 2021. We also look at our latest Wholesale Markets Quarterly Report, which highlights that wholesale prices in 2020 dropped to their lowest levels since 2015.
Lastly, we cover the recent penalty we handed down to CS Energy regarding alleged breaches of frequency control ancillary services provisions.
