On 15 January 2021, APT Pipelines (NT) (APTNT) submitted its gas access arrangement revised proposal in response to our draft decision for the Amadeus transmission gas pipeline for the 2021-26 access arrangement period.
Invitation for submissions
We invite submissions on APTNT's Amadeus Gas Pipeline access arrangement revised proposal by the close of business on 17 February 2021. Submissions should be emailed to Amadeus2021

We prefer that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. We will treat submissions as public documents unless otherwise requested. All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website. We request parties wishing to submit confidential information:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publication.
