The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has today published the July edition of our Energy Dispatch newsletter.
This month we updated our Statement of Expectations, extending energy bill support to households and small businesses in financial stress because of COVID-19 until the end of October. We also look at highlights from our State of the Energy Market 2020 report and introduce our new Customer Service Incentive Scheme that encourages electricity distributors to engage with their customers.
