The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is currently developing interim guidelines on how it will exercise its functions under the Retailer Reliability Obligation (RRO).
As part of the process of developing and consulting on these guidelines, the AER invites interested stakeholders to participate in workshops on the guidelines that are to be released in 2019.
The workshops will be a collaborative session where we can work through the key issues in each guideline with interested market participants.
We note that while the formal submission periods will have closed for the Interim Reliability Instrument Guideline and Interim Market Liquidity Obligation Guideline by the date of their respective workshops, we will still be taking feedback on these guidelines at those workshops.
