On 17 April 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from SAS Trustee Corporation for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law to sell energy at Tweed City, Tweed Heads, NSW.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed 21 May. Two submissions were received, one was confidential.
