The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has received the Independent Panel Report as part of its ongoing review of the Rate of Return Guideline.
The AER thanks the Panel for its extensive work on this important part of the review process and the advice contained in the report. The Panel has made a number of recommendations which will be considered in detail by the AER as it moves towards its final decision.
To allow parties to consider the Independent Panel’s report in making their submissions on the draft guideline, the AER has extended the deadline for submissions to Tuesday 25 September 2018.
