On 9 December 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Stockland Retail Services Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 30 January 2017, Stockland withdrew its application. As this application has been withdrawn the AER is no longer accepting submissions from interested stakeholders.
