On 17 November 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 30 January 2017, Mirvac withdrew its application. As this application has been withdrawn the AER is no longer accepting submissions from interested stakeholders.
