On 17 November 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law. On 9 December 2016, Mirvac withdrew its application.
As this application has been withdrawn the AER is no longer accepting submissions from interested stakeholders.
