On 21 September 2016, the AER commenced consultation on its Rebidding and Technical Parameters Guideline by publishing a Notice of Consultation, as required under the Rules Consultation Procedures. We are reviewing the Guideline to reflect market developments and the recent commencement of two rule changes. The proposed amendments are contained in the draft for consultation (which accompanies the notice).
