Jurisdictional ring-fencing guidelines 2003

In accordance with the transitional National Electricity Rules and the National Electricity Rules, the distribution ring-fencing guidelines developed by any jurisdictional regulator prior to the transfer of regulatory functions to the AER will be deemed to have been prepared by the AER. These guidelines will remain in force subject to amendment, revocation or replacement by guidelines developed under the new regulatory regime.
