On 8 January 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Sanctus One Pty Ltd from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the application. Consultation closed on 7 December 2015. No submissions were received.
