On 21 May 2015, Energex submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for the Queensland electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
On 28 May 2015, Energex submitted an amended pricing proposal. It amended Table 4.6 to address a transposition inconsistency for "CAC 11 kV tariffs DUoS Peak" and "Off-peak volumes" and to correct a rounding error for "SAC 8800 NUoS Off-peak". It also amended Table 13.9 to escalate the proposed metering upfront charges from 2014-15 to 2015-16 dollars.
On 12 June 2015, the AER approved Energex's amended pricing proposal. This was after assessing that it complied with Part I of the chapter 6 rules and the AER’s distribution determination.
