AER approves AusNet Services Easements Land Tax cost pass-through

On 19 February 2015, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clause 6A.7.3 of the NER for a positive pass-through of easements land tax for the amount of $2,900,998 ($nominal, GST exclusive). The AER determined that the required pass through amount is $2,900,998 ($nominal, GST exclusive). We consider that all of this pass through amount should be passed through to AusNet Services' Transmission Network Users in 2015–16.
