Today the Australian Energy Regulator published its decision on the Victorian distribution network service providers’ 2015 advanced metering infrastructure charges, effective from 1 January to 31 December 2015. This decision contains a prudency review of expenditure excess incurred by AusNet Services, Jemena and United Energy in 2013. The result of this review is set out below.
The decision also sets out distributors’ manual meter fees to apply from 1 April 2015 to 31 December 2015. The charges have been determined in accordance with the requirements of the Order in Council that governs regulation of AMI.
