Multinet's current Access Arrangement includes a requirement to produce an annual tariff report for its Victorian gas distribution network. This report is to enable its users to understand the basis of Multinet's proposed tariffs and pricing policies for 2015.
On 1 December 2014 the AER determined Multinet's proposed tariffs complied with the 2013-17 access arrangement. Multinet submitted a separate application on 27 October 2014 to pass through to customers the savings from repeal of the clean energy legislation. On 12 December the AER approved Multinet’s pass through proposal. The resulting negative carbon tariff is detailed in a further attachment to this page.
