By the end of November, the AER will publish its draft decisions for Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy, ActewAGL, TransGrid, Directlink, TasNetworks and Jemena Gas Networks.
After the release of the draft decisions, we will hold pre-determination conferences and public forums to explain first hand to stakeholders our draft decisions and what these mean.
For all six NSW businesses, our pre-determination conferences will take place in Sydney on Monday, 8 December 2014 at the Menzies Hotel (14 Carrington Street, Sydney):
Session 1: Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy
9:30am till noon
Session 2: TransGrid and Directlink
1.00pm till 2.30pm
Session 3: Jemena Gas Networks
3.00pm till 4.30pm
For ActewAGL we will hold a pre-determination conference on Tuesday, 9 December 2014 at the AER offices (23 Marcus Clarke Street, New Acton, ACT) from 9:30am to 11:30am.
For TasNetworks we will hold a pre-determination conference on Thursday, 11 December 2014 at the Hotel Grand Chancellor (1 Davey Street, Hobart, TAS) from 1:15pm to 3.00pm.
The pre-determination conference is the formal commencement of public consultation on the AER’s draft decisions. We will publish our draft decisions for all eight businesses on our website by the end of November 2014.
