On 29 October 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Trading Green from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on Trading Green's application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 12 September 2014. No submissions were received.
