On 10 October 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Permintex Energy Resources for an individual electricity exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
Submissions closed 11 November 2014. No submissions were received.
On 4 December 2014, the AER granted an individual exemption to Permintex Energy Resources for electricity.
