On 15 August 2014, the AER granted a retailer authorisation to OC Energy Pty under the National Energy Retail Law. OC Energy is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the National Energy Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought public submissions on OC Energy's application for retailer authorisation. Consultation on the application closed on 23 April 2014. No submissions were received.
