On 22 July 2014 SP AusNet (now AusNet Services) lodged an application for a pass through of increased taxation costs arising from participation in the Victorian Government’s Powerline Replacement Fund program. These costs arose because of a direction issued by Energy Safe Victoria requiring SP AusNet to undertake specific works to address bushfire safety.
