On 21 July 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Demand Manager Solar Funding for an individual electricity exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 29 October 2014, the AER granted an individual exemption for Demand Manger Solar Funding for electricity.
