2014 Jemena Gas Access Arrangement Review
Australian Energy Regulator
Interested stakeholders should refer to the AER’s Access Arrangement Guideline for further details on the AER’s access arrangement review process.
The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process.
Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version

The AER has also received the first piece of CCP advice on this review.
On 21 July 2014, the CCP provided the AER with its first piece of advice. The advice highlights the key issues that the CCP have identified in their initial review of Jemena Gas Networks proposal.
