Notice of our intention to repeal the exemption granted to Australian Clean Energy Finance Fund (ACEFF)
In view of the Australian Clean Energy Finance Fund’s (ACEFF’s) intention to not sell energy, the AER proposes to repeal the decision, made on 21 February 2014, to grant an exemption to ACEFF from the requirement for a retailer authorisation. Solar Panels Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of ACEFF, has applied for an individual exemption to sell electricity through solar power purchase agreements.
