On 1 May 2014, Energex Limited submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for the Queensland electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015. The AER assessed the pricing proposal for whether it complies with Part I of the chapter 6 rules and the AER’s 2010 distribution determination.
On 13 June 2014 the AER approved Energex's 2014-15 pricing proposal.
