On 10 June 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ePho Asset Management for an individual electricity exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 25 July 2014, the AER granted an individual exemption for ePho Asset Management for electricity.
