On 20 December 2013, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an application from Express Solar Pty Ltd (Express Solar) for an exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 14 July 2014 the AER proposed to vary the conditions of Express Solar's exemption. Submissions closed Friday 15 August 2014. No Submissions were received.
On 14 January 2015, the AER varied the conditions of Express Solar's exemption.
