AER releases issues paper for the Regulatory Investment Test for Distribution - Request for submissions

On 21 January 2013 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) released its issues paper for consultation on the Regulatory Investment Test for Distribution (RIT-D) and application guidelines. The RIT-D will replace the current Regulatory Test for distribution projects.

The RIT-D application guidelines will guide RIT-D proponents in applying the RIT-D and will enhance transparency and consistency in investment decision making.

Invitation for submissions

Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER regarding this paper by the close of business, 25 February 2013. Submissions should be sent electronically to: AERInquiryaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERInquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au).
