AER consultation paper - Matters relevant to the framework and approach for ACT and NSW DNSPs 2014-19 distribution determinations

The Australia Energy Regulator (AER) has released a Consultation Paper on matters relevant to the framework and approach for the ACT and NSW electricity distribution network service providers (DNSPs) 2014–19 distribution determinations.

The AER’s consultation paper outlines issues around the control mechanisms for standard control electricity distribution services in the ACT and NSW.

Submissions

Interested parties may lodge submissions to the AER’s consultation paper. Submissions need to be received by the AER no later than Tuesday 1 May 2012.

To facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process, the AER prefers that all submissions be in an electronic format and publicly available. Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER’s website, except and unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential.
