On 9 December 2011, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) determined that the Victorian DNSPs’ network pricing proposals comply with Part I of Chapter 6 of the National Electricity Rules (NER) and the AER’s 2011–15 distribution determination, and that all forecasts associated with the proposals are reasonable.
In accordance with clause 6.18.9 of the NER, the Victorian DNSPs must publish and maintain information relating to approved prices, including a statement of expected price trends, on their respective websites.
Approved pricing proposals for network tariffs apply from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.
