The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its draft decision on the access arrangement proposal for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2016.
The AER has not accepted the access arrangement proposal. The draft decision requires N.T. Gas Pty. Limited (NT Gas) to amend the access arrangement proposal for the AGP. NT Gas has until 27 May 2011 to submit its revised access arrangement proposal to the AER.
The AER’s media release for NT Gas provides further information regarding the impact on network charges. This can be found on the AER’s website.
